1. 1.When making an appointment by phone, We would appreciate if you could call with someone who speaks Japanese.
2. 2.Must need to submit health insurance card and resident card every month.
3. 3.When you see a doctor, It’better to bring someone who speaks Japanese and your language in order to avoid misunderstandings.
4. 4.The Clinic closed on Tuesday PM.
5. 5.No doctor speaks English on Thursday AM.
6. 6.This facility does not allow men to enter.
